It's quite alright, no need to be sorry! I'm sure you've got a busy life going on and so you can't reply to every comment ASAP LOL! I'm really happy to hear that you like what I've got so far. It's a big motivation hearing that sort of thing.
I know it's a long shot, but if you've got any other sprite work on sale, I'd be more than happy to use it. I'm not much of an artist myself, so relying on artists like you has been the life-blood of making this fan game a dream-come-true. :)
what are the sizes of the enemy sprites [32x32, etc]?
I little dont understand this - You cannot sell a project file that uses these assets. If publisher buy m project and buy ur assets too then we dont have problem about this? i just ask be couse see this first time somebody put this text other i undestand.
It would depend on the publisher's intent. If you create a game, movie, or book using my assets, you can sell that game, movie, or book without restrictions. You can even sell the game to a publisher. However, you cannot redistribute the assets themselves. A good question to ask is: Does my project compete with the assets in any way? If you use the assets in a Gamemaker project, you cannot sell the project file, but you can sell the game exported from that project file. I hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions.
